🐟🥪Spicy Salmon Salad Sandwiches Recipe


This is a very low carb, easy, tasty sandwich stuffer. NOT low fat, so please don’t comment about that – we low carbers do not avoid fat, we embrace it! 🙂 Try it on my recipe (listed on spark) for flax sandwich rolls with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of onion. Number of Servings: 5


    • Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (14.75 oz.)
    • Mayonnaise, regular, .5 cup or 8 T
    • Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    • Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    • Celery seed, 1 tsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tbsp


Combine everything and mix until well blended. Definitely don’t add salt – the canned salmon is very salty already. Serving size is 4 tablespoons or 1/4 cup.
